Decent food but not worth the prices as it could’ve been a bit more flavorful. The wine was good. They didn’t have calamari and they also messed up the order of a person in my party. The atmosphere was very cozy, though.
Dec 28 2023 about 925p Bought 1 regular cheese slice and 1 sausage slice wanted both very hot. Chz came out quick cause he said pie came out not to long ok, but sausage had to go back barely warm he didn't want to kept saying it's hot enough finally put back in and wait. Front is very small dining area with pizza ovens and prep areas extremely well lit and then a large enclosed dining room bit dark at the moment. Slices served on paper plates and food tray Sat back near large dining room entrance. Both slices very thin crumb bottom but soft and mooshy, sauce slight delay tasty, lot of stretchy cheese and sausage. Only problem it's burnt on the bottom of the sausage making a bitter taste and scooped some charcoal from oven onto the plate. Once again extremely well lit can see into the oven, but not paying attention and it wasn't busy.
Sadly I never got to try the pizza. I was so disturbed when I came here and tried to order a slice of pizza. The man behind the counter was handling everything with his bare hands. I’m sorry. It’s the height of flu and covid season, can you please wear gloves or just use a spatula to get the pizza… ANYTHING apart from your bare hands? Like, it’s 2024, do better. In short I was so grossed out I just left. Might be good pizza, but honestly I’ll never return so who knows

I just placed an order for delivery. A soup and a Caesar salad. I asked the "old lady"/OWNER to describe the soup and ask to to repeat my order just to make sure she has it correct. She HOOKUP on me 3TIMES. Her response was" OH MY GOD, I VERY BUSY HERE" Not a good answer in my book. I'm a business person too. That's not how you conduct business on the phone. I won't be going back or ordering from that establishment ever again.
I was overcharged for food and tried to resolve the issue by phone but was hung up on twice and then informed that the "OWNER WAS ON VACATION". The amount charged on my credit card receipt is different from the amount posted. I have never dealt with such incompetence, and this wasn't my first experience with this restaurant. They have sent the wrong orders numerous times and the woman who takes the orders by phone should not have this responsibility. This business needs to clean up its act and hire employees with "PEOPLE SKILLS". Good luck and looking forward to trying other Italian restaurants, which there are many of in my neighborhood.
I like this place 'cause it has a nice old time feel and I'm right across the street but recently the meatballs have lost all flavor. Listen up, Chef......season those favorites. Last time I ordered, they were sinfully bland not worth the price. Sorry
Plain slice was 3 bucks. Good overall. Large. Crispy. Lacking a bit of sauce. Chicken parm sandwich was only 8.50. Can’t beat that price. Took 30 mins. Bread was fresh. Good sauce. Thin chicken and not enough but still the sandwich gets the job done. 4 stars and I will be going back. Outdoor dining available. Once this COVID is over I will try the indoor dining. Cool old school vibes
Authentic Italian food. I had the Veal Parmigiano with a salad instead of pasta. Huge portion. It would be a good dish to share if you aren't super hungry. Italian bread is also delicious
